Overview
I was tasked to design Uni-Train, a mobile app concept created to support college and university students in achieving their academic goals. The purpose of the app is to connect students with the right tutors and provide personalized learning plans that adapt to their individual needs. By offering tailored guidance and progress tracking, Uni-Train aims to help students improve their grades and strengthen their chances of successfully transferring from college to university.
Workflow & Collaboration
To create compelling advertising videos for Lords Mobile, I collaborated closely with a cross-functional team of animators, developers, modelers, and VFX artists. I began each project by developing a clear vision, which I communicated through detailed storyboards and documentation.
After obtaining approval from project managers, I created draft versions using Maya for 3D modeling and animation, After Effects, and Premiere for editing.
Throughout the production process, I provided art direction to the team, ensuring all assets aligned with my creative vision and met the project's high standards.
Once the final sequences were assembled, I collaborated with video editors for finishing touches, ensuring the videos were polished and impactful. This structured and collaborative workflow allowed us to deliver high-quality advertising content that effectively showcased the game’s key features and storytelling elements.
Working in a fast-paced environment, I produced at least two new videos every week while iterating on others based on feedback.

Project Evaluation
• Capturing Attention in the First 8 Seconds
I learned how critical it is to grab the audience’s attention within the first 8 seconds. By designing visually engaging and emotionally compelling openings, I ensured that viewers were immediately drawn into the content, improving overall engagement.
• Storytelling and Marketing Insights
Through this project, I gained a deeper understanding of the intersection between storytelling and marketing. I realized that effective marketing is not just about showcasing features but about creating a compelling narrative that resonates with the audience, builds excitement, and drives action.
• Streaming the Production Process
I learned to effectively collaborate with animators, developers, modelers, and VFX artists while adapting to a fast-paced environment. This experience sharpened my time management and prioritization skills, allowing me to streamline workflows and deliver high-quality drafts, incorporate feedback, and produce final videos efficiently without sacrificing quality.
